Rachel Toaff-Rosenstein is trained as a veterinarian-Ph.D, specialized in animal welfare, with 10+ years of experience in academic and industry settings in Israel and abroad leading R&D projects in precision animal agriculture and insects as food and feed. Having identified the detrimental effects of traditional agricultural systems on environmental and public health, she seeks to lead positive change in food systems transformation through her work as the HSPRC Transformation Catalyst.
